The Interlaken Homeowners Association Expense Budget for periods, January 1, 2017, thru December 31, 2017, is now available for all homeowners preparing their income taxes. This instrument may be helpful to your Tax Accountant in determining “municipal-type services” paid by Interlaken from homeowner dues. Please note that the Interlaken budget runs from April 1st thru March 31st. This report was created for the convenience of the 125 homeowners for tax purposes only.
