Interlaken consists of 125 homes, spread over fifty-five acres of rolling, treed landscape. The homes are all townhouses in either duplex, three, four or five-home configurations. Each home has a 2½ car garage, many as a separate structure and some as a built-in part of the basement level.

There is appropriate variety in the models and floorplans, starting at approximately 1,400 sq. feet to over 3,000 sq. feet. Below is a sampling of those models.
